Car
If you are driving, start by heading towards Bergen city center. From there, take the E39 highway towards Åsane. Follow the signs for Åsane and exit onto the Fv240 road. Continue on Fv240, which will lead you directly to the Vidden tursti trailhead. Parking is available near the trailhead, but be mindful of any parking fees which may apply.
Public Transportation
Take the light rail (Bybanen) from Bergen city center towards Lagunen. Get off at the stop 'Åsane terminal'. From Åsane terminal, you can catch bus number 75 towards Tertnes and get off at the stop 'Bjørndalsskogen'. From there, follow the signs that lead to Vidden tursti.
