Getting There

• Public Bus

  Start by finding the nearest bus stop that serves the Summit Metro Parks system. Depending on your current location in Akron, you may take the Summit Metro Parks bus route 1 or 2. If you're near downtown Akron, head to the main bus terminal at 631 S Broadway St, Akron, OH 44311. From there, board the bus heading towards Merriman Valley. Ensure you tell the driver your destination is F.A. Seiberling Nature Realm. The bus will take you along South Main Street and then turn onto Smith Road. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at the stop closest to the Nature Realm, which is a short walk away.

• Biking

  If you prefer to bike, start from downtown Akron and head south on South Main Street. Follow the bike lanes until you reach the intersection with Smith Road. Turn left onto Smith Road. Continue on Smith Road for about 1.5 miles. The F.A. Seiberling Nature Realm will be on your left at 1828 Smith Rd, Akron, OH 44313. There is a bike rack available for parking your bike at the entrance.

• Walking

  For those who prefer walking, it's recommended to start from the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Walk south on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Smith Road. Turn left onto Smith Road and continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles. F.A. Seiberling Nature Realm will be on your left at 1828 Smith Rd, Akron, OH 44313. The walk will take about 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.
