If you're traveling by car within Cuyahoga Valley National Park, start by heading to the nearest major road. For example, if you are at the Visitor Center in the park, take the exit onto OH-8 North. Continue on OH-8 North for about 5 miles. Take the exit for Cuyahoga St and merge onto Cuyahoga St. Continue on Cuyahoga St for approximately 1.5 miles. The Cascade Valley Metro Park-Chuckery Area will be on your left at 837 Cuyahoga St, Akron, OH 44313. Look for the park entrance sign. Parking is available on-site and is free.

If you prefer public transportation, first check the Akron METRO RTA website for the most current bus schedules. Take Bus Route 1 (Green Line) from your location in the park to the Akron station. From Akron station, transfer to Bus Route 4 (Cuyahoga Falls) and ride until you reach the stop at Cuyahoga St. Walk approximately 0.5 miles south along Cuyahoga St to reach the Cascade Valley Metro Park-Chuckery Area. Make sure to check the bus fare on the METRO RTA website; it typically costs around $2.00 for a one-way trip.
