From downtown Dayton, walk to the nearest bus stop at Third and Main Street. Board the RTA bus number 3 (East) towards the Eastown Plaza. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes and get off at the stop at Deweese Parkway and Needmore Road. Walk approximately 10 minutes north along Deweese Parkway until you reach the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, located at 2600 Deweese Pkwy.

If you prefer to cycle, start from downtown Dayton and head north on the Great Miami Riverway bike path. Follow the path for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Needmore Road. Turn right onto Needmore Road and then take a left onto Deweese Parkway. Continue on Deweese Parkway for about a mile, and the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery will be on your left at 2600 Deweese Pkwy.
