If you are starting from downtown Dayton, head to the nearest bus stop. Look for the RTA (Regional Transit Authority) bus routes. You can take Route 4 (East) towards the Eastmont area. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop near Fairlane Avenue and E. 3rd Street. From there, walk south along Fairlane Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you reach Dayton Grotto Gardens. The gardens will be on your right.

If you are within walking distance from the downtown area, you can take a pleasant walk to Dayton Grotto Gardens. Start at Courthouse Square and head south on Main Street. Continue straight for about 1 mile, then turn left onto W. 3rd Street. Walk for another 0.5 miles, then turn right onto Fairlane Avenue. The gardens will be located a short walk ahead on your left.
