To reach Tower East using public transportation, you can take the RTA bus system. From downtown Cleveland, board the 9 bus heading to Shaker Square. Get off at the Chagrin Blvd & Green Rd stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Tower East. Head west on Chagrin Blvd for approximately 0.7 miles, and Tower East will be on your right.
