From major cities in Southeast Ohio such as Athens or Lancaster, take US-33 E towards Logan. After approximately 20 miles, take the exit for OH-674 N towards Sugar Grove. Continue on OH-674 N for about 5 miles, then turn right onto Pump Station Rd SE. Wahkeena Nature Preserve will be on your left at 2200 Pump Station Rd SE, Sugar Grove, OH 43155. There are no entry fees for the preserve.
