From Oklahoma City, take I-44 North towards Tulsa. After approximately 85 miles, merge onto US-81 North toward Enid. Continue on US-81 for about 60 miles until you reach the town of Jet. Once in Jet, turn onto S Spillway Dr. Salt Plains State Park will be located on your left at 23280 S Spillway Dr. The entire drive takes about 2 hours and covers approximately 140 miles.
