Car
If you're traveling by car, start by getting onto US-62 E from your current location in Eastern Oklahoma. Follow US-62 E until you reach the intersection with State Highway 3. Take the exit toward State Highway 3 and merge onto it. Continue on State Highway 3 for approximately 70 miles until you reach Boise City. Once in Boise City, turn onto Santa Fe Ave and continue for about 0.5 miles. Camp Nichols will be on your right. Please note that parking is available along Santa Fe Ave.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus to Boise City from various locations in Eastern Oklahoma. Check the Greyhound website for departure times and book your ticket in advance, as prices can vary. Upon arrival at the Boise City bus station, you can either walk to Camp Nichols, which is about a 15-minute walk (0.7 miles) to the south along Santa Fe Ave, or call a local taxi service to take you directly to the site. Be aware that taxi services may charge an additional fee, so it's best to confirm the rate before getting in.
