From the center of Kiamichi Country, head southeast on OK-3. Continue on OK-3 for approximately 17 miles. Take the exit toward US-271 S and merge onto US-271 S. Drive for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with E 1842 Rd. Turn right onto E 1842 Rd. K River Campground will be on your left at 415209 E 1842 Rd, Moyers, OK 74557.
