If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Panhandle. Head west on 1st Street toward Broadway. Continue straight onto State Highway 60 W. After approximately 25 miles, turn left onto US-77 S. Follow US-77 S for about 20 miles. When you reach Perry, turn right onto Fir Street. The Cherokee Strip Museum will be on your left at 2617 Fir St, Perry, OK 73077. There is no entry fee, but check their website for any special events that may require a ticket.

Take the Greyhound bus service from Panhandle to Perry, which is the nearest city with bus services. The Greyhound station in Panhandle is located at the intersection of State Highway 60 and 1st Street. Buses run several times a day, and you can purchase a ticket online or at the station. Once you arrive at the Perry bus station, it's about a 1-mile walk to the Cherokee Strip Museum. Head east on E. Fir Street for approximately 0.5 miles, then turn left on S. 26th Street and continue for another 0.5 miles until you reach the museum. Make sure to check the Greyhound schedule and book your ticket in advance.
