From the center of Panhandle, head south on US-287 S towards Texas. Continue on US-287 S for approximately 30 miles until you reach the intersection with I-35 N. Merge onto I-35 N and drive for about 90 miles. Take exit 174A for US-81 N toward Enid. After about 15 miles on US-81 N, take exit 45B to merge onto W Chestnut Ave toward Enid. Continue on W Chestnut Ave for about 1 mile, then turn left onto S 4th St. The Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center will be on your right at 507 S 4th St, Enid, OK 73701. Parking is available on-site.
