Follow the signs for 'Dubai' or 'Hatta'. After approximately 60 kilometers, take the exit towards Hatta. Continue on the Hatta road for about 30 kilometers until you reach Hatta Dam. Look for the signs indicating the dam as you approach. There is usually parking available near the dam.
