From Muscat, head south on Sultan Qaboos Highway towards Qurum. Continue on Route 1 towards Sur. After passing through Quriyat, continue on Route 17 towards Sifah. Follow the signs to Sifah Beach once you reach the Sifah turnoff.

Take a bus from Muscat to Quriyat. From Quriyat, you can take a taxi to Sifah Beach. Alternatively, you can take a bus to Barka and then transfer to a taxi or local bus to Sifah Beach.
