If you are in Bahla, start at the Bahla Fort, which is a prominent landmark. From the fort, walk southeast on the main road (Al Masjid Street). Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the road leading to An Nahdah. Follow this road for approximately 2 kilometers until you see signs for Al Naseem Park. The park will be on your left side. The total walking distance is about 3.5 kilometers and should take around 45 minutes.

From Bahla, head to the bus stop near the Bahla Fort. Look for a local minibus heading towards An Nahdah. The fare is usually inexpensive, around 0.5 OMR. Ask the driver to drop you off at Al Naseem Park. The bus ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, follow the signs to the park entrance, which will be a short walk from the bus stop.
