Walking
From the center of Salalah (near the Sultan Qaboos Mosque), head southeast on Al-Hamdan Street towards the Al-Mughsail Road. Continue walking for about 2 km until you reach the intersection with the Salalah - Taqah Road (Route 31). Cross the road and follow the signs towards Taqah. After another 3 km, you will reach the Taqah roundabout. Take the second exit onto Route 32 (Wadi Darbat Road) and continue for about 10 km until you reach the Wadi Darbat area. At this point, you will need to ask locals for further directions to Garziz waterfall as it is a bit off the main path.
Public Transport
From Salalah's main bus terminal, take a local bus heading towards Taqah. The ride should take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Taqah roundabout. From there, you may need to ask for a taxi to take you to the Wadi Darbat area where Garziz waterfall is located. Make sure to communicate clearly with the driver about your destination, as it may not be a well-known location.
Bicycle
If you are comfortable biking, rent a bicycle in Salalah and head towards the Al-Mughsail Road. Follow the same route as for walking, but be cautious of traffic. After reaching the Taqah roundabout, continue to Wadi Darbat. The route is about 15 km long, and you will enjoy scenic views along the way. Once you arrive at Wadi Darbat, ask locals for the best path to Garziz waterfall.
