Continue straight onto Route 23 until you see signs for Wadi Shab. Follow the signs for about 10 km until you reach the parking area for Wadi Shab. From the parking area, you will need to walk about 30 minutes along a scenic path to reach Wadi Shab Cave.

For those using public transportation, you can hire a taxi from Wadi Bani Khalid to take you directly to Wadi Shab. Negotiate the fare in advance; it should cost around 15-25 Omani Rials depending on your starting point and the driver. The drive will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Wadi Shab, you will need to pay the entrance fee of about 2 Omani Rials per person.
