After approximately 15 miles, take Exit 17 for Troutdale. Continue on E Columbia River Hwy, and follow signs for Larch Mountain Road. This will lead you to the entrance of the Larch Mountain Trail, located at the end of Larch Mountain Road. Be advised that there may be a parking fee at the trailhead, typically around $5.

    For those using public transportation, take the TriMet MAX Blue Line from any major station in Clackamas County, heading towards downtown Portland. Transfer to the TriMet bus #77 at the Gateway Transit Center, which will take you towards Troutdale.
