Car
If you're driving, start on I-205 N from your location in Clackamas County. Merge onto I-84 E towards The Dalles. Take exit 44 for Cascade Locks, then turn left onto Cascade Ave. Follow Cascade Ave until it becomes the Historic Columbia River Highway.
