Get onto OR-22 E and continue for about 16 miles. Take the exit for N Fork Rd toward Mill City. Turn left onto N Fork Rd and follow it for about 7 miles until you arrive at Opal Creek Wilderness, located at 22985 N Fork Rd, Lyons, OR 97358.
