Car
If you're traveling by car, head to US-97. If you're coming from Bend, take US-97 North for approximately 30 miles. Look for the Peter Skene Ogden State Scenic Viewpoint signs along the highway as you approach Terrebonne. The viewpoint is located directly off the highway at a designated parking area. If you're coming from Redmond, take US-97 South for about 20 miles until you reach the viewpoint. There is no entry fee for the viewpoint, but be mindful of any seasonal road conditions.
Public Transportation
Currently, there are limited public transportation options directly to Peter Skene Ogden State Scenic Viewpoint. However, you can take a bus from Bend to Redmond via Cascades East Transit. Once in Redmond, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach the viewpoint, as it is approximately 20 miles away from the Redmond bus station. Always check the latest bus schedules and routes at the Cascades East Transit website for the most current information.
