Car
If you are driving from downtown Bend, head northwest on NW Wall St toward NW Franklin Ave. Continue on US-20 W for about 6 miles, then take the exit for OR-97 N. Follow OR-97 N for approximately 7 miles until you reach the exit for Tumalo Falls Road. Turn left onto Tumalo Falls Road and continue for about 3 miles until you reach the Tumalo Falls parking area. Note that there is a $5 day-use fee for parking.
Public Transportation + Hiking
Start by taking the Cascade East Transit bus from downtown Bend (Route 3 towards Sunriver). Get off at the stop closest to Tumalo Falls Road (confirm the latest schedule and stops with the bus service). From there, you will need to walk along Tumalo Falls Road for about 3 miles to reach the falls. Be prepared for a hike as the road may have limited pedestrian access, and you should check local maps for any potential trail access.
Bicycle
For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Bend. Follow the same route as if you were driving: head northwest on NW Wall St, take US-20 W, then OR-97 N. You can bike along Tumalo Falls Road, which is a scenic ride. Make sure to wear a helmet and bring water. The ride is approximately 10 miles one way, so plan accordingly.
