To get to Mt. Hood Winery at 2882 Van Horn Dr, start by locating the nearest bus stop in Hood River. You can catch the Columbia Area Transit (CAT) bus at the local transit center or at various stops along Oregon Route 35. Take the bus heading towards 'Parkdale' and get off at the stop closest to Van Horn Dr. From the bus stop, walk east on Van Horn Dr for about 1.5 miles. Mt. Hood Winery will be on your left, marked by a sign at the entrance.

Bicycle
If you prefer to ride a bicycle, you can rent one from a local shop in Hood River. From downtown Hood River, head south on Oak St toward E 2nd St. Continue on Oak St as it turns into State Hwy 35. Follow the bike lane along the highway for about 2 miles. Take a left onto Van Horn Dr, and after about a mile, Mt. Hood Winery will be on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules.

For those who enjoy a good walk, start in downtown Hood River and head south on Oak St. Continue straight as Oak St becomes State Hwy 35. This route is approximately 2.5 miles and takes about an hour on foot. Once you reach Van Horn Dr, turn left. Mt. Hood Winery will be approximately a mile down on your left. Enjoy the scenery along the way, but be cautious of traffic on the highway.
