Car
If you are starting from Medford, Oregon, take I-5 North towards Ashland. Merge onto OR-99 N, then take the exit for OR-62 E towards Crater Lake. Continue on OR-62 E for about 45 miles until you reach the junction with OR-97 N. Merge onto OR-97 N and follow the signs for Chiloquin. As you approach Chiloquin, turn left onto OR-422 E and follow the road until you see the entrance to Jackson F. Kimball State Recreation Site on your right.
Car
From Ashland, Oregon, take I-5 North and exit at OR-66 E towards Klamath Falls. Continue on OR-66 until it merges with OR-97 N. Follow OR-97 N until you reach Chiloquin. Once in Chiloquin, take OR-422 E and look for the entrance to Jackson F. Kimball State Recreation Site on your right.
Public Transportation
If you are taking public transportation, begin by using the bus service from Medford to Klamath Falls. Check the schedule for the Rogue Valley Transportation District (RVTD) and the Klamath Falls Transit. Once you arrive in Klamath Falls, transfer to the Klamath Falls Transit bus that heads to Chiloquin. Be sure to confirm the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary. Once in Chiloquin, you may need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you the final 5 miles to Jackson F. Kimball State Recreation Site.
