From any location in Jefferson County, head towards Sisters, OR. If you're coming from Madras, take US-97 S to OR-126 W, then follow OR-126 W to Sisters. If you're in the town of Jefferson, take OR-22 E to US-97 S, then follow the previous directions. Once in Sisters, continue on Cascade Ave until you reach the junction with US-20. Turn left onto US-20 E and follow it for about 13 miles. Look for signs for the Mount Washington Wilderness area. The trailheads can be accessed from the road, but ensure to check for parking availability, as some areas may require a parking pass.
