Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from Klamath Falls, take US-97 N for about 40 miles. Continue on US-97 N until you reach the junction with OR-62 E. Take OR-62 E for approximately 30 miles, then merge onto OR-138 W. Follow OR-138 W for about 15 miles until you reach the intersection with NF-34. Turn left onto NF-34 and drive for about 5 miles. Follow the signs to Umpqua Hot Springs, where you'll find the parking area.

  • Public Transportation + Car

    Take a Greyhound or local bus from Klamath Falls to Roseburg. From Roseburg, you will need to rent a car or use a rideshare service to get to Umpqua Hot Springs. Drive north on I-5 and take exit 124 for OR-138 E. Follow OR-138 E for about 32 miles, then turn left onto NF-34. Drive about 5 miles to reach Umpqua Hot Springs.

  • Hiking

    For those who enjoy a more adventurous route, park at the nearest access point on NF-34 and hike approximately 1 mile to the hot springs. Ensure you have proper hiking gear and check the trail conditions before you go.
