Getting There

• Car

  From anywhere in Lake County, head towards Highway 97. If you're coming from Lakeview, take Highway 395 north to the junction with Highway 97. If you're coming from Paisley, take County Road 3 to connect with Highway 395, then head north to Highway 97. Once on Highway 97, drive north until you reach Bend. In Bend, take the exit for Highway 20 East, then turn right onto NE 27th St. Continue until you reach Glen Vista Rd. Turn left onto Glen Vista Rd, and follow it for about 1 mile. The entrance to Riley Ranch Nature Reserve will be on your right at 19975 Glen Vista Rd, Bend, OR 97701.

• Public Transportation

  Public transportation options may be limited in Lake County. However, if you reach Bend via a Greyhound or similar bus service, you can use local public transportation (such as the Cascade East Transit) to get closer to the nature reserve. Take a bus to the stop near NE 27th St & Highway 20, then walk north on NE 27th St to Glen Vista Rd. Turn left onto Glen Vista Rd and walk approximately 1 mile to reach Riley Ranch Nature Reserve.

• Bicycle

  If you're feeling adventurous and have a bicycle, you can bike to Riley Ranch Nature Reserve from Bend. Start at the center of Bend and head northeast on NE 3rd St. Follow the signs to Highway 20 East, then take a left onto NE 27th St. You can bike on the side of the road until you reach Glen Vista Rd. Turn left onto Glen Vista Rd, and the nature reserve will be about 1 mile down the road on your right.

• Walking

  If you're already in the vicinity of Glen Vista Rd in Bend, you can simply walk to Riley Ranch Nature Reserve. From the nearest bus stop or residential area, head towards NE 27th St. Once on NE 27th St, walk north until you reach Glen Vista Rd. Turn left and walk approximately 1 mile until you see the entrance of Riley Ranch Nature Reserve at 19975 Glen Vista Rd.
