Car
If you're starting in Pendleton, head east on I-84 E for approximately 30 miles. Take exit 216 for OR-204 toward La Grande/Meacham. Follow OR-204 E for about 15 miles until you reach the junction with US-30. Turn right onto US-30 E and continue for about 2 miles. Then, take a left onto Jubilee Lake Road. Follow the road for approximately 5 miles until you reach Jubilee Lake. The drive takes around 50 minutes from Pendleton.
Public Transportation
There is limited public transportation in Umatilla County. You can take a Greyhound bus to Pendleton. From Pendleton, you can arrange for a local taxi service or rideshare (like Uber) to take you to Jubilee Lake, which is about 30 miles away. Bicycle
