If you're traveling by car, the Umatilla National Forest is located at 72510 Coyote Rd, Pendleton, OR 97801. From Pendleton, head east on W. Main St toward SE 3rd St. Turn left onto SE 3rd St, which will become OR-11 N. Follow OR-11 N for approximately 5 miles, then turn left onto Coyote Rd. Continue on Coyote Rd for about 4 miles, and you will reach the entrance to Umatilla National Forest. There are no entry fees, but be sure to check for any parking fees if you plan to use developed recreation sites.
