Take exit 182 for OR-207 toward Irrigon/Hat Rock State Park. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto OR-207 S. After about 4 miles, turn right onto Hat Rock Rd. Continue on Hat Rock Rd for about 2 miles, and you will arrive at Hat Rock State Park, located on your left. Note that parking might incur a fee, so be prepared with cash or a card.
