If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Hermiston, Oregon. Head east on W Main St toward S 1st St, then turn left onto S 1st St. After about 0.3 miles, merge onto I-82 N via the ramp to Umatilla. Continue on I-82 N for approximately 6 miles. Take exit 182 for OR-207 toward Irrigon/Hat Rock State Park. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto OR-207 S. After about 4 miles, turn right onto Hat Rock Rd. Continue on Hat Rock Rd for about 2 miles, and you will arrive at Hat Rock State Park, located on your left. Note that parking might incur a fee, so be prepared with cash or a card.
