Car
If you are driving from Pendleton, take I-84 E for approximately 23 miles. Take exit 171 for Umatilla. Continue on Umatilla River Rd, then turn left onto Devore Rd. The McNary Lock & Dam will be on your right after about 4 miles. Parking is available on-site.

If you are coming from Hermiston, head west on I-84 and take exit 171 for Umatilla. Turn left onto Umatilla River Rd, then left again onto Devore Rd. The dam will be approximately 4 miles down the road on your right. Look for parking signs upon arrival.
