Car
If you are traveling by car, start by heading east on Highway 30 from The Dalles or west from Hood River. Follow the signs for I-84. If coming from The Dalles, take the exit for I-84 W toward Portland. Continue on I-84 W for approximately 15 miles. Take exit 62 for Hood River and merge onto 13th St. Continue straight onto Westcliff Dr. Ruthton County Park will be on your right. There is no entrance fee for the park.
