Walking
Start from the center of Abbottabad at the main bazaar. Head east on the main road towards the Ayub Medical Complex. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the junction at the intersection with Mansehra Road (N-35). At this junction, take the left turn onto Mansehra Road and walk for approximately 3 km until you reach a small roadside market. Here, ask locals for directions to Dumkach Waterfalls, as the path can be a bit tricky. From the market, you will need to follow a dirt path that leads up the hill. It is a short hike of about 1.5 km to reach the waterfalls, where you can enjoy the scenic beauty.
Bicycling
Begin at the main bazaar in Abbottabad and rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Cycle east towards Ayub Medical Complex, which is about 1 km away. After reaching the complex, continue straight for another 3 km on Mansehra Road (N-35). Keep an eye out for a small roadside market on your left where you can stop and ask for help with directions to Dumkach Waterfalls. After getting directions, park your bike at the market, then take the dirt path that leads upwards for a 1.5 km hike to the waterfalls.
Public Transport
From Abbottabad's main bazaar, head to the nearest bus stop and take a local minibus heading towards Mansehra. Alight at the small roadside market after traveling for about 15 minutes. Once you get off, inquire about the path to Dumkach Waterfalls. The locals will guide you to a dirt path that leads up the hill, which is about 1.5 km long. It's a beautiful walk, so take your time and enjoy the surroundings.
