Start at the main market area in Abbottabad, known as the 'Sadar Bazaar'. From there, head north towards the Ghora Gali Road. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Nawan Shehr Road. Turn left onto Nawan Shehr Road and walk for another 10 minutes. You will see signs directing you towards Hill Top Ilyasi Masjid as you approach Nawan Shehr Town. The mosque is situated on a hilltop, so be prepared for an uphill walk for the last stretch. It should take approximately 30-40 minutes from the market area to reach the mosque.

From the main market area in Abbottabad, take a rickshaw towards Nawan Shehr Town. Make sure to communicate your destination to the driver by saying 'Ilyasi Masjid'. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The rickshaw will drop you off at the base of the hill leading to the mosque. From there, you will need to walk uphill for about 10-15 minutes to reach Hill Top Ilyasi Masjid.
