    If you're starting from Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, head northwest on the Neelum Valley Road (N-1) towards Leepa. After approximately 45 km, you'll reach the town of Dowarian. Here, you can park your vehicle at designated parking areas. Note that the road conditions may vary, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for the final stretch.

    From Muzaffarabad, take a bus or shared van heading towards Leepa. Ask the driver to drop you off at Dowarian. The fare is usually around PKR 400-600. From Dowarian, you can either hire a local jeep or arrange for a guide who can take you to Ratti Gali Lake, as the lake is approximately a 2-3 hour jeep ride away on rough terrain.
