Getting There

If you are driving within Deosai National Park, follow the main road leading from Skardu towards Deosai. After entering the national park, continue straight until you reach the junction near Sheosar Lake. From here, take the road towards Chonda village. Follow the signs to Chunda Valley. The total drive from Sheosar Lake to Chunda Valley View Point is approximately 30 minutes. Keep in mind that the roads can be bumpy, so drive cautiously.

For those using public transportation, you can take a jeep from Skardu to Deosai National Park. The jeep ride will take around 1-2 hours depending on road conditions. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to Chonda village. After reaching Chonda, you may need to hire a local guide or another jeep to reach the Chunda Valley View Point, which is about a 15-minute drive from the village.
