Gujranwala's Enchanting Children Park

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the center of Gujranwala, start by heading towards the main road, Sadar Bazar. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with G.T. Road. Cross the road carefully and continue walking straight on G.T. Road for approximately 500 meters. You will see a sign for Model Town on your left. Turn left into Model Town and continue walking straight for 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for local landmarks such as the Model Town Park. After passing the park, take the first right onto a smaller street. Continue walking for about 300 meters, and Children Park will be on your left, marked by a sign. The park is popular for its recreational facilities and is a great spot for families.

• Rickshaw

  From any location in Gujranwala, hail a rickshaw and tell the driver to take you to Children Park in Model Town. If the driver is unfamiliar with the exact location, provide them with the address '55CJ+QF9, Model Town, Gujranwala'. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to keep an eye on the surroundings and landmarks like G.T. Road, as the driver will likely take you through the main streets. You can also ask the driver to drop you at the entrance of Model Town Park, which is nearby, and from there it’s a short walk to Children Park.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  Look for a local bus heading towards Model Town. Buses frequently run from various parts of Gujranwala to Model Town. Get on the bus and inform the conductor about your destination, Children Park. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at Model Town. Once you get off, walk straight for about 500 meters towards the main park entrance and take the first right. Children Park is located at the end of this street on your left side. Make sure to ask locals if you're unsure about any directions.
