    To reach Saidpur by bus, head to the nearest bus stop and look for a bus heading towards Aabpara or Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS). Once you board, ask the conductor to let you off near Aabpara. After disembarking, follow the walking directions mentioned above to reach Saidpur.
