Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car, make your way to the main road in Kaghan Valley, known as the N-15. Drive north towards Naran. After passing through Naran, continue on the N-15 until you reach the junction for the Paya Meadows trailhead. This is generally marked, but it is approximately 18 km from Naran. Turn onto the Unnamed Road that leads to Paya Meadows. The road might be a bit rough, so a vehicle with a higher ground clearance is recommended. Follow this road for about 10-12 km until you reach the parking area near Paya Meadows. Note that there may be a small parking fee of around PKR 100-200.

Public Transportation
To reach Paya Meadows via public transportation, start by taking a bus or van from Islamabad to Naran. The buses typically leave from the Daewoo Terminal or the Faizabad Terminal in Islamabad. The fare is usually around PKR 800-1200, depending on the service. Once you arrive in Naran, you can hire a local jeep from there to take you to Paya Meadows. The jeep ride is necessary as the last segment of the journey involves off-road travel. The fare for the jeep ride is approximately PKR 1500-3000, depending on the number of passengers and negotiation. The jeep will take you to the trailhead where you can begin your hike to the Meadows.
