Getting there

Car

The distance is approximately 60 kilometers and will take about 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Once you reach Mansehra, continue to follow the signs towards Dharamsar, which is about 20 kilometers from Mansehra. The road is well-maintained, but be cautious of local traffic. Upon reaching Dharamsar, you will find parking areas nearby.

Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take a minibus or van from Makra Peak to Mansehra. These vehicles are usually available near central locations in Makra Peak and can take you directly to Mansehra for a cost of around 200 PKR. The journey will take approximately 1-2 hours. Once in Mansehra, you can catch a local taxi or another minibus heading to Dharamsar, which should cost around 100-150 PKR for the 20-kilometer trip. Make sure to confirm the destination with the driver before boarding.

Hiking

If you're feeling adventurous and are already in the Makra Peak area, you can hike to Dharamsar. The hike is roughly 12 kilometers and will take about 4-5 hours depending on your pace.
