From Makra Peak, head south towards the Naran-Kaghan road. Follow the road until you reach the junction for Mansehra. After approximately 30 kilometers, take a left turn towards Mansehra. Continue on this road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the city of Mansehra. Once in Mansehra, follow the signs leading to the Malika Parbat trailhead, which is about 15 kilometers northeast of the city.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take a local bus from the main bus station in Makra Peak to Mansehra. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Mansehra, you can hire a taxi or look for a shared jeep to take you to the Malika Parbat trailhead, which is approximately 15 kilometers northeast of the city. The taxi fare should range around 500-800 PKR.
