Turn left onto Qila Qasim Bagh Road. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you see a sign for Qila Kohna. The Pigeons Watching Area is located near Qila Kohna in Qila Kuhna Qasim Bagh.

From the main bazaar area (like Hussain Agahi Bazaar), you can easily find a rickshaw. Tell the driver to take you to Qila Kohna. The ride should take about 15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you will be dropped off near the entrance of Qila Kuhna Qasim Bagh. The Pigeons Watching Area is just a short walk from there.
