Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Head towards Neelum Valley via the Neelum Road. Continue on this road for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach the town of Sharda. From Sharda, continue driving for about 20 kilometers to reach Kel. Once you arrive in Kel, navigate to the Kel Waterfall which is located at R8C3+32P, approximately a 15-20 minute drive from the town center. Make sure to follow the local signs towards the waterfall.
