Car
If you're driving from the main town of Phandar, head southeast on the main road (Karakoram Highway) until you reach the junction towards Phander Lake. The road is well-marked, and the scenic views along the way are breathtaking. Continue straight for approximately 7 kilometers. You will see the lake on your left as you approach. There are parking areas available nearby, and you can easily access the lakeshore from there.

Public Transport
From the center of Phandar, you can take a local jeep or shared taxi heading towards Phander Lake. Look for signs indicating the destination or ask locals for directions. The fare is usually around PKR 200-300 per person, depending on the number of passengers. The ride takes about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the lake, you can walk to the water's edge, which is only a short distance from where the jeep drops you off.

If you're already in the vicinity of Phandar Valley and prefer to walk, you can take a hiking route towards Phander Lake. Starting from the main road, look for the footpath leading towards the lake. The hike is approximately 5 kilometers and takes around 1-1.5 hours. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water, as the terrain can be uneven and the sun can be intense.
