Walking
If you are starting from the Rawalpindi Railway Station, exit the station and head east on Mall Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Committee Chowk. At Committee Chowk, take a left onto Benazir Bhutto Road. Walk for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see the entrance to Race Course Park on your right, near the intersection with Murree Road.

From the famous Raja Bazaar, exit the bazaar and head southeast towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, turn left onto Murree Road and walk straight for about 1 kilometer. You will see Race Course Park on your left, right before the intersection with Benazir Bhutto Road.

Public Transport (Bus)
Find a local bus heading towards Committee Chowk from any point in Rawalpindi. Once you arrive at Committee Chowk, exit the bus and walk to Benazir Bhutto Road. From there, head right and walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at the entrance of Race Course Park on your right.

You can take a rickshaw from any central location in Rawalpindi. Ask the driver to take you to Race Course Park; it is a well-known location. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. If you're near Committee Chowk, simply tell the driver to drop you at the entrance on Benazir Bhutto Road.
