From the center of Skardu, head towards Shigar Valley. Start at the Skardu Bus Stand, where you can catch a local bus or hire a jeep to take you to Shigar. The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on road conditions. Inform the driver you want to go to Blind Lake. Once you arrive in Shigar, you may need to hire a local guide or inquire about trekking paths leading to Blind Lake, as it is a short hike from the main road. The trek is relatively easy and should take about 1-2 hours. Follow the signs leading towards Blind Lake, and enjoy the scenic views along the way.
