If you're starting from Mingora, head towards the main bus station (Mingora Bus Terminal). From here, take a local bus or a shared van heading towards Barikot. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you reach Barikot, ask locals for directions to Amluk-dara Stupa; it is a well-known site and they will point you in the right direction. The stupa is approximately 3 km from Barikot, and you can either walk or hire a local rickshaw to cover the distance. The path is scenic, so walking is recommended if you're up for it.
