Keep heading north until you reach the junction at Ngerulmud, the capital of Palau. At the junction, turn left onto the road that leads to Ngaraard. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you arrive in the vicinity of Elab. Use a GPS or a mapping app to navigate to the coordinates (7.644913, 134.640214). The destination, Olsebokel Kedam, is a short distance from the main road.
