Walking
From the center of Ngardmau, head southeast on the main road towards the Ngardmau Waterfall. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the road leading to Euidelchol. At the junction, turn left. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers, which will take you through lush vegetation and stunning views. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to The Rock Islands. After a short walk, you will arrive at the designated point where boat tours to The Rock Islands typically depart.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Ngardmau village center and ride southeast towards the Ngardmau Waterfall. Continue on the main road for about 1.5 kilometers, then take a left at the junction towards Euidelchol. This road is mostly flat and lined with beautiful scenery. After about 2 kilometers of cycling, you will arrive at the boat departure point for The Rock Islands. Make sure to check the schedule for boat tours.
Hiking
For adventure seekers, you can hike to The Rock Islands. Begin your trek from Ngardmau village and head towards the Ngardmau Waterfall, following the main road. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a junction; turn left here onto the road toward Euidelchol. Continue hiking for another 2 kilometers, taking in the natural beauty around you. You will eventually arrive at the boat launch area where you can catch a ride to The Rock Islands.
