Continue on the road for about 10 minutes until you reach the end of the road at the beach. From there, you will need to park your car in the designated parking area. Please note that there may be a small parking fee, usually around $5, depending on the time of year. Once parked, you will need to walk approximately 500 meters along the beach to reach おじさんアイランド, which is clearly visible from the shore.
